We’re looking for a friendly, curious, and outgoing person to join our team as a daytime bartender on the patio at Bunker—our neighborhood bar tucked inside The Duncan in West Town/West Loop. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s newer to bartending but eager to learn and grow in a supportive, good-vibes environment. You’ll play the role of bartender and host—welcoming guests, serving up simple cocktails, and keeping the patio scene chill but dialed.

The Role

You’ll be running point on our patio bar during day shifts starting at 11am, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The menu is tight and approachable—think a few cocktails, beers, wine, and some easy bites—so it’s the perfect place to build confidence behind the bar while delivering great hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mix and serve drinks from our curated patio menu (cocktails, beer, wine, N/A)
• Be the friendly face greeting and guiding guests
• Take and ring in orders through our Square POS system
• Keep the bar stocked, tidy, and guest-ready
• Open and close the bar area solo
• Create a fun, laid-back experience that keeps people coming back

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A warm, personable attitude and a love for hospitality
• Some bartending experience is great, but not required—we’ll train the right personality
• Comfortable working independently and managing a casual service flow
• Must be 21+ and have (or be willing to get) BASSET and Food Handler certifications
• Reliable, communicative, and cool under pressure

• Shifts start at 11am
